Standard consultations of at least 50 minutes are billed at $240 on week days and $250 on Saturdays.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under a GP Mental Health Care Plan. Please discuss this with your GP who will determine if you’re eligible to obtain the maximum medicare rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 consultations per calendar year.

Until mid 2022, the government is funding an additional 10 sessions for those who have a GP Mental Health Care Plan as part of the support for mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If you have extras cover in your private health insurance policy, you may be able to claim for psychological services. Please check directly with your provider regarding your eligibility.
